When Rover Met Roger: 23 Heartwarming Hounds Who Love Their Pawrents

When sally met harry, the world changed forever. And that moment has been revamped, rejigged and redesigned countless times. But there is a moment even more significant in hooman history that gets much less coverage and consideration. And that is the moment when rover (the first fur baby) met roger (the first hooman pawrent). From that day a bond as strong as those created on the surface of the sun was formed, and it is going nowhere fast.

So today we wanted to take a moment to awwpreciate all the good things that our darling doggos have done for us throughout the years, with this list of heartwarming hounds who without a doubt love their pawrents more than food itself. Which is saying quite a lot considering that our relationship began with food and has been centered around food for centuries.

  • Pawrents, parents, guardians or whatever you might want to call them, they try their best. But an inevitable part of protecting your pup is doing things that they are going to be a little displeased with. That being said, this darling doggo is going to get picked on more than the kid who has his mittens connected by a string.
